Assisted major global organization in finding the right UCaaS and CCaaS provided to support an enterprise-wide (over 20,000 employees and a 5,000 user call center) transition from traditional on-prem pbx deployment to fully managed cloud based Contact Center and Unified Communications solution. This deployment provides tremendous savings on hardware refresh costs and optimizes use of staff resources to be reallocated to revenue generating functions. Furthermore, this transition to Cloud Based Unified Communications created an opportunity to more easily support the pandemic caused quick shift to remote workforce requirements. As a result, it has allowed this organization to reduce their campus footprint from 10 buildings down to 5 without business disruption saving millions in real estate costs.
